Next Level Recruiting Training began as a DVD training series. Over the next year, the business evolved to industry articles, e-commerce, web-based new hire training webinars and long-form video streaming. We created the infrastructure, hosting, media servers and website bringing it all together. Oh, and we added Search Engine Optimization techniques to make this site appear in the number one spot on Google.

We helped Kaye/Bassman with a re-brand, collateral materials and a new website. Based upon a content management system, changes, additions and news stories can be added in a flash. Their new website also includes a document library for remote access to brochures, images and contact information. All told, traffic has increased over 15% since launch of new web presence.

Working in lock-step with Mondo Digital Solutions, we create association learning websites with streaming audio and PowerPoint for leading associations in the nursing and medical field.

Our solution includes sponsorship areas, media players, feedback forms, evaluation forms and site analytics. Association members are happy with the flexibility of reviewing the meeting content online…and they get learning credits too.

The idea is straightforward. Create recruiting training from a wide variety of experts and deliver long-form content via subscriber video site. Sounds easy, but the execution was a major challenge. We created a production strategy to deliver over 2 hours of streaming video training programs per month AND the web-based subscription system to monetize the content. NLE TV went live in November 2008 and is building subscribers daily.

Kaye/Bassman Charitable Foundation organizes and provides events to raise money benefiting Muscular Dystrophy and CITY House. The website provides a way for invitees to signup, register and donate to this worthy cause – to help those in need.

Next Level Exchange is an innovative approach to recruiting industry training…provide views from a wide range of experts in the market. The site is designed to deliver video, whitepapers, scripts, tips, articles and all that is needed to train a recruiter. Over 14 hours of video on-demand driven by a subscription business model. Rayboy Insider Search builds winning teams for the information storage industry. Their site drives in-bound inquiries, informs clients and candidates with news in the storage industry. We created a look and feel that is aggressive, just like Jorday Rayboy. And with some innovative Search Engine Optimization strategy, www.rayboyis.com is at the top of the search engines too. Mr. Rayboy is pleased.

In addition to re-branding Kaye/Bassman, we re-vamped their Intranet too. The new system is driven by a CMS, so changes and edits are speedy. Loaded with features, the Intranet is a busy place. It provides company phone time metrics, a document download library, a registration system (that speeds up the on-boarding process for new hires), a video training library, and can even be accessed via mobile phones. All from a web browser.

Kaye/Bassman Military provides civilian careers for exiting and retiring military veterans, and we’re honored to build a web presence to help them achieve their goals. The site was created to connect, provide interview preparation tips and opportunities for new careers in the civilian workplace. Built on a content management system, the site owners can add and edit content, as well as, post new career opportunities.
